Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise audit engagements
• Review financial statements & internal controls
• Ensure compliance with ISA & IFRS standards
• Prepare final audit reports
• Manage audit risks and team performance
• Communicate directly with clients
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• 3–4 years of audit experience
• ACCA / CPA / CIA (preferred)
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• English and Russian (a plus)
