As a Load Tester at Bir Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our digital banking systems under heavy load. You will work closely with QA engineers, developers, DevOps, and product teams to simulate real-world scenarios and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact our users. Strong experience with performance testing tools (such as Gatling, JMeter, or similar).Proficient in Java or Scala for developing performance testing scripts, stubs, and emulators for external integrations.Solid knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries with joins and perform basic data analysis.Skills in designing load profiles, calculating test intensity, identifying potential bottlenecks, and experience in planning, executing, and analyzing performance tests.Understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent systems.Confident working in Linux environments and understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP).Experience with collaborative development, strong knowledge of Git, and version control best practices.Strong communication skills, ability to conduct professional correspondence and share knowledge within the team.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Development of performance test scripts and stubs:Create and maintain performance testing scripts using Java/Scala and Gatling.
