Responsibilities
Manage and support the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on global hiring
Draft and publish job postings on appropriate platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases
Help implement and improve HR processes and policies
Support team members and leadership with day-to-day HR matters
Ensure compliance with internal policies and international employment standards
Requirements
2–3 years of HR experience, including international recruitment
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Comfortable working with confidential information
Experience working in a remote and multicultural team
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success
